William Mbugua N is an accomplished Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. He obtained his Honors Bachelor of Laws Degree from Mount Kenya University in 2015 and a post graduate Diploma in Legal Studies from the Kenya School of Law in 2017. He is the managing partner at William & Co. Advocates. He is an expert in Commercial Transactions Law, Companies Law, Family Law, Conveyancing Law and Copyright law. He has foreseen the process of Company Restructuring and the transfer of shares in a number of Companies among them Wimga Investments Limited, Trippier Investments Limited and Inspocare Health Limited. 

He has also been involved in huge commercial transactions that required the drafting of procurement, sourcing, supply, delivery and funding agreements. His mastery of the law in the above areas is easily noticeable and has attracted a good number of clients in the firm. William Mbugua is also a good researcher and a passionate litigator.
