Naftali is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. He is an Associate at William & Co. Advocates. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law and a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL. B) from Kabarak University. He is an expert in Employment and Labour Relations Law. He has mainly dealt with Employment matters and has contributed to the Employment industry through liaising with Workers Union such as the Kenya Plantation and Agricultural Workers Union, Tailors and Textiles Workers Union in the negotiation and registration of CBAs. He is a passionate litigator.
